"A Star Is Born" CW: substance abuse, overdose

An online magazine published an article online September 11th, 2018 which discusses the release of the film A Star is Born and the role of substance abuse in stardom as well as pop culture. The author continues to reference other stars such as Demi Lovato and Mac Miller who are/were open and honest about their addiction. Substance abuse is a prevalent issue which the public tends to be misinformed about, and the honesty which these testimonies and examples show is extremely poignant; however, the way to inform the public should be intersectional and true to the lives of everyday citizens and people, not just those who are famous. Some additions to the article that would better serve potential readers could be a) the implementation of trigger warnings, b) the addition of a list of resources for those experiencing substance abuse (phone numbers to call, places to purchase narcan, etc).
