Billionaires, Bombers, and Bellydancers

BuzzFeed News recently published this article, in which they discuss the Saudi's involvement in Jamal Khashoggi's death. In the article, they primarily focus on the wealth and power the Saudi government has, clearly giving in to the islamophobia pillars we discussed in class this week. The 'billionaire" Saudis are constantly being portrayed as having large investments and high stake relationships, most of which involve the United States. This constant portrayal of being involved with America also gives into that notion of plotting against the United States, which is particularly problematic due to the implications and fear associated with the Middle East.
