In light of the Kavanaugh senate hearings, Dr. Christine Blasey Ford accused him of sexual assault, from when they were in high school. After these allegations, multiple women including celebrities like Eva Longoria and the cast of Grey's Anatomy have come out and filmed videos, showing their solidarity to her. This action shows the extent to which the #MeToo movement has taken.
People magazine published an article showing which stars have sent in videos and tweeted. I saw the twitter thread and hashtag, it got a lot of people talking from both sides of the situation.
There also was a letter being signed by alumnae of the high school, also showing solidarity with Professor Ford. Hopefully, this women's activism movement can be enough to #stopkavanaugh.
