Political Cartoons and Kavanaugh
Political cartoonist Chris Britt sparked controversy with this cartoon of Kavanaugh's daughter. The cartoon was put on Britt's Facebook page (which he has since deleted), no newspaper published his cartoon although newspapers Britt was affiliated with asked him to remove it. Britt justified his actions by claiming it was part of the business, and that he believes Ford.
Britt has actually posted a number of political cartoons against Kavanaugh, although this is the only one that has come under fire, even Chelsea Clinton has spoken out against it.
Meanwhile, a newspaper actually DID publish a political cartoon that mocked Ford and makes light of sexual assault. Where are the medias priorities? Seems like one is getting more coverage than the other. I think Britt had every right to publish that cartoon on his personal Facebook page.
